LAW OF INCREASE

The kingdom of God is governed by laws.  When you understand and harness these laws they give you tremendous power.  One of the greatest laws of the kingdom is the law of increase.  What you don't use diminishes.  What you use increases.      Mark 4:24-25
"Then He said to them, Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given.  For whoever has, to him more will be given; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him."
God desires that we all are blessed and it seems unfair to take away the little people have.  But God is not bound by human fairness.  He is JUST and often seems unfair.  The context of Mark 4 is letting your light shine.  In verse 21 the word states that if we have a lamp stand it is not placed under a bushel to hide it.  How do we increase our light factor?  I would suggest several ways your light will began to shine AND INCREASE.
FIRST, is when you demonstrate the kingdom by "living in the power of the Spirit" and he manifests His goodness through you by grace.  Jesus went about doing good!  His message was always positive to the sinner.  He lifted people up with love and a demonstration of the power of the kingdom.  He cast out demons.   He healed those sick from diseases.  He delivered the oppressed.  He was sensitive to the needs of people.  That is why the children and women followed him.  They are more selective about sensitivities.  Mary washed His feet in tenderness, because she saw He had a tender spirit to the needy.  It was the women at the cross who wept at His feet.  They saw the departure from earth of one who truly touched the world at its point of suffering and need.
SECOND, your light factor increases by helping the poor.  Isaiah 58 says "Your light will rise in darkness..."  If you help the homeless and oppressed your light grows.  It grows first of all inside your own spirit.  You become more aware of who you are in Christ.  We are designed to shine.  But when we focus on our needs, our selfish desires, our light begins to go out.  We seek for more and more in life and find less and less.  When you discover this truth you become addicted to His radiance that shines through you.  I am convinced that God has designed us to be addictive, but to the right thing.  Satan makes people addicted to sex, drugs, etc., but God wants us addicted to His light, His presence, His glory.
THIRD, your light factor increases by reflecting Him.  As the moon reflects the glory of the Sun, we are to reflect the Father's glory.  Isaiah 60 says this light is so powerful that nations will be drawn to it.  Isa 60:5 "Then you shall see and become radiant, And your heart shall swell with joy; Because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you."   As God's glory fills the earth and His light rises upon you, people will be drawn to you.  One great revivalist said, "I just burn for Jesus and people come and watch".  When we reflect Him in our ministries we get His results.  God is the creator of light.  When the earth was without form and void God said, "Let there be light".  Jesus said "I am the light of the world".  One of my favorite verses in the word of God is James 1:17-18  "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning."  The words "shadow of turning" means God's light casts no shadow.  There is only one moment on the sun dial that there is no shadow, it is at HIGH NOON!  God's goodness is always at high noon.  It never casts a shadow...and it always at it's optimum.  God light is shining upon you!  His goodness is all around you.  Your reflection of Him will draw men and women and children to His mercy and grace.  Let's shine and increase our light factor.
